Top 10 Medical Medium Inspired Smoothie Recipes

When I first started incorporating more raw fruits and vegetables into my diet, it was not easy. I'm not the type of person to sit around and munch on raw fruits and vegetables all day long. I quickly discovered utilizing fresh fruits and vegetables to make tantalizing smoothies was so much more efficient. Now, I LOVE LOVE LOVE making tropical smoothies on a regular basis. The vast majority of my recipes were inspired after learning about the many benefits of consuming a wide variety of fruits from the medical medium.


PS. Folks often want to know, what blender I use on a regular basis. I use a Vitamix blender. 


Ginger Blueberry Watermelon Smoothie

1/2 inch ginger

1/2 watermelon

1 cup frozen blueberries

1 tbsp lime juice

Mango Coconut Tropical Smoothie

2 cups frozen mangoes

Half cup shredded coconut– Unsweetened

1 + 1/2 cup orange juice

1 one + 1/2 cup spring water

2 bananas

Citrus Peach Pear Smoothie

3 cups spring water

1 frozen banana

1 peach

1 pear

1 orange

2 Medjool dates (pitted)

1 tsp cinnamon

Cilantro Kiwi Smoothie

3 cups spring water

2-3 kiwis

1 pear

1 + 1/2 cup frozen grapes

1 banana

1/4 cup fresh cilantro

Vanilla Elderberry Smoothie

3 cups elderberry tea

Vanilla Yogurt (5 - 6oz) NON DAIRY

1 + 1/2 cup strawberries

2 frozen bananas

Just Peachy Blackberry Smoothie

1/2 cup blackberries

1 peach

1 pear

1 + 1/2 frozen banana

3 cups spring water

Cinnamon Peach Raspberry Smoothie

3 cups of Spring Water

1/2 cup raspberries

1 frozen banana
1 peach
1 teaspoon cinnamon
2 Medjool dates (pitted)

Coco Loco Green Fruit Smoothie

2 cups fresh spinach

1 pear

1 green apple

1 - 2 cups frozen grapes

1/2 shredded coconut

3 cups spring water

Blackberry Fig Smoothie

1/2 fresh blackberries
