Strawberry Banana Smoothie
Did you know humans don’t have the ability to produce vitamin C naturally? 🍓Strawberries are an excellent source of vitamin C. In fact, one serving of strawberries (about 1/2 a cup) contains 51.5 mg of vitamin C, which is about half of the daily requirement. Try these fast working, powerful antioxidants using my smoothie recipe below. 👇🏾
- 1/2 cup fresh strawberries
- 1/2 cup nondairy milk
- 1/2 cup nondairy yogurt (I prefer @kitehillfoods vanilla yogurt)
- 1 frozen banana
Place all the ingredients in a high powered blender and blend until desired consistency.
